PROCEEDINGS – February 8, 2023 TOWN OF CHASE PLAN COMMISSION MEETING 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Chairman, Dennis Kroll called the meeting to order at 7:31 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman – Dennis Kroll, Jeff Van Enkevort, Perry Baugnet, Derek Leisner, Seth Ostrowski, Annette Peligrin and Secretary - Jeromy Delebreau. 2. Recite the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag The Pledge was recited. 3. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None B. Removal of Items – None Motion by Van Enkevort/Baugnet to approve the agenda with no changes. The motion was called and carried 7-0. 4. Approve Prior Meeting Minutes Motion by Leisner/Peligrin to approve the prior meeting minutes. The motion was called and carried 7-0. 5. Discuss and Act on Rezone for Todd Platt, Intersection CTH S & Haywood Lane, Parcel # 012- 14140334413, Residential to General Commercial. Todd Platt from Scott Sonnabend Properties presented a preliminary plan to Rezone Parcel # 012 - 14140334413. Several community members in attendance discussed their opposition to it. Delebreau read a letter from Michael and Jolene Schwarm that also opp osed the rezone. Todd Platt thanked the community members and pulled his application. 6. Announcements and General Information. Delebreau asked the board members if everyone was ok with having emails sent for the meetings instead of running packets to everyone’s homes. Everyone was in agreement with this provided that the packets would be reasonable to read. 7.
