PROCEEDINGS – March 25, 2024 TOWN OF CHASE WORKSHOP SUPERVISORS MEETING 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman - Gary Van Lannen, Supervisor - Dennis Kroll, Supervisor – Jeff Van Enkevort 2. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None. B. Removal of Items – Remove line item 7 – Discuss Personnel 3. Appoint Secretary. Van Lannen appoints Jeff as secretary. 4. Discuss Roads Contract. Nothing but patching. 5. Discuss Recycling Center and Compost Site. Discuss opening the Compost site on April 6 provided that the weather holds. 6. Discuss Storage Units within the Town Discuss having a land usage permit required from Oconto County and a Building Permit for any unit over 80 square feet. Gary to discuss with Bobbie Krozell. 7. Discuss Chase Cemetery. Discussed adding to Town Board Meeting Agenda for Cemetery Fee Schedule and transfer funds from Cemetery to CD. 8.
