PROCEEDINGS – Wednesday, FEBRUARY 7, 2024 TOWN OF CHASE BOARD OF SUPERVISOR SPECIAL MEETING 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman - Gary Van Lannen, Supervisor – Jeff Van Enkevort Supervisor - Dennis Kroll, Clerk – Jeromy Delebreau, Deputy Clerk – Cindy Kroll, Treasurer – Mae Micolichek. 2. Recite the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag The Pledge was recited. 3. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None. B. Removal of Items – None. 4. Discuss and Act on Sunnyside School remodel and open records request. A discussion around permit fees and open records requests occurred. 5. Adjournment to Town Meeting, Monday, February 12, 2024.
