PROCEEDINGS – November 29, 2023 TOWN OF CHASE WORKSHOP SUPERVISORS MEETING 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman - Gary Van Lannen, Supervisor - Dennis Kroll, Supervisor – Jeff Van Enkevort 2. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None. B. Removal of Items – Remove line item 7 – Discuss Personnel 3. Appoint Secretary. Van Lannen appoints Jeff as secretary 4. Discuss Roads Contract. Need to spend $98,000 plowing or maintenance for contract minimum. 5. Discuss Recycling Center and Compost Site. Discuss Recycling Wage and Compost site. 9 am Friday tentatively move tent. Scheduling a meeting for recycling. 6. Discuss Chase Cemetery. Chase Cemetery Bob Potts visited talked about job responsibility and meeting setup. Looking for new chairman for cemetery.
