Board of Review Meet & Adjourn Tuesday, May 12, 2026 Townsend Town Hall 5:30pm The Board of Review Meet & Adjourn was called to order at 5:30 pm by Monica Zeller. Roll Call: Chairperson Monica Zeller, Supervisor Chuck DeMoulin, Supervisor Willie Evans, Clerk Linda Ziegler, Treasurer Beth Hartman Verification of proper agenda notice: Ziegler posted the agenda on May 1, 2026 at the Townsend Post Office, Townsend Town Hall, Laona State Bank, Townsend branch, and www.townsendwisconsin.org. 1. Zeller read an e-mail from Assessor Jef Muellver, that there are no unusual delays this year, but high volume of construction activity and late spring and April rains have impacted the completion of the rolls. Jef will contact the clerk soon to schedule the Board of Review sometime in June. 2. Evans motioned to accept this timeframe, 2nd by DeMoulin – M/A 3.
