Update regarding application for CY 2025 Fall Project at 1611 Main Street , Dave Anderson, 1 st Class Real Estate/Anchored Property Management. Requested Summary of Eligible Improvement Total Cost Estimate $22,750.00 . 5. Update regarding application for CY 2026 Spring Project at 134 E. Russell Street, Leanne and Duane Sebero . Requested Summary of Eligible Improvement Total Cost Estimate $79,000. Council approved improvements grant of up to $25,000 . New Business 6. Discussion and possible action regarding application for CY 2026 Fall Project at a Place For Coffee, 1059 Marinette Avenue, Jennifer Schiller, owner. Requested Summary of Eligible Improvement Total Cost Estimate, $4,800 for up to $2,400 of grant improvements (see attached). 7.
