For the month listed above, 4 people were eligible for the Electronic Monitoring
Program (EMP).
Here is the breakdown of their status:
*1 of 4 people eligible for EMP were placed on the program
*1 of 1 people placed on EMP were sentenced due to OWI and were on the Soberlink
*3 of 4 people were not placed on EMP. Of this group, the reasons for ineligibility were
as follows:
1) 1 person tested positive 1 for THC at booking
2) 1 person didn't want to go out on EMP
3) 1 person lived outside of the EMP area (Madison)
*For the month of August
We saved a total of 10 beds per day by people participating in the EMP program
305 beds/31 days in August = 9.84 beds per day
We lost a total of 3 beds per day by people not participating in the EMP program
98 beds/31 days in August = 3.16 beds per day
Total Compas assessments completed this month: 0
