COUNCIL CHAMBERS, MUNICIPAL BUILDING Please take notice that a JOINT MEETING of the Industrial Park Oversight Committee and Plan Commission of the City of Peshtigo will be held at the above date, time, and place with the following items of business to be considered and possibly acted upon: 1. Call to Order. 2. Roll Call – Industrial Park Oversight Committee. 3. Roll Call – Plan Commission. 4. Approve the agenda. 5. Industrial Park Oversight Committee – approve the minutes of the August 25, 2026, meeting. 6. Plan Commission – approve the minutes of the August 17, 2026, meeting. 7. Review, discuss, consider and take possible action regarding the proposed development and site plans for MJ Electric at 970 Ogden Street (former Aacer property), including Industrial Park covenant compliance, site development requirements, lot and parcel configuration, access, parking and loading, outdoor storage, fencing, drainage, utilities, landscaping, and other related site-development matters. a. Industrial Park Oversight Committee — Discuss/consider and make recommendations regarding compliance with the Industrial Park covenants, including any conditions, limitations, parameters, plan revisions, additional information, referrals or other requirements related to the proposed development. b. Plan Commission — Discuss/consider and take possible action regarding the proposed site plan and related land-use and site-development matters, including approval or conditional approval, required plan revisions, conditions or parameters, lot/parcel configuration, possible CSM or parcel combination, easements, engineering requirements, referrals and/or other applicable City requirements. 8. Such other matters pertaining to Industrial Park Oversight and/or Plan Commission as allowed by law. 9. Set date and time for next Industrial Park Oversight Committee meeting. 10.
