Approve the agenda. Approve the minutes of the last meeting(s), August 18, 2026. Discuss/consider the Street Use/Event Permit application for the Police Run to Remember, scheduled for October 3, 2026, as submitted by Officer Cody Cohan. Discuss/consider a proposed sidewalk connection along North Wood Avenue between French Street and Oconto Avenue. Discuss/consider pay application for West Park Drive Reconstruction Project. Discuss/consider the Brightspeed escrow agreement related to the installation of fiber-optic lines within the City. Discuss/consider resolution adopting a policy regarding commercial solid-waste collection. Discuss/consider CIP plan review and beginning budget review. Discuss/consider geographic information system (GIS) tools for water, sewer, public works, City mapping, and municipal recordkeeping. Public Works Director Streets & Drainage Report.
