Call to Order 2. Roll Call. 3. Approve the Agenda. 4. Approve the minutes of the last meeting(s), August 12 & August 24, 2026. 5. Discuss/consider staffing needs, organizational structure, administrative support, and contracted professional services across City departments. 6. Discuss/consider edits to employee handbook. 7. Discuss/consider DPW mechanic & DPW/WWTP Operator position posting timeline. 8. Move into Closed Session per WI S.S. 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercise responsibility for the purpose of: a. Consider candidates for DPW Director. 9. Reconvene into Open Session for any action as a result of the Closed Session. 10. Such other matters pertaining to Personnel as allowed by law. 11. Set date and time for next meeting. 12. Adjournment.
