COUNCIL CHAMBERS, MUNICIPAL BUILDING Please take notice that a MEETING of the Personnel Committee of the City of Peshtigo will be held at the above date, time, and place with the following items of business to be considered and possibly acted upon: 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call. 3. Approve the Agenda. 4. Approve the minutes of the last meeting(s), July 20, 2026. 5. Move into Closed Session per WI S.S. 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercise responsibility & WI S.S. (1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session for the purpose of: a. Police Department candidates for lieutenant and full-time officer opening. b. Appointment of Wastewater Treatment Plant Lead Operator/Operator-in-Charge, effective upon the retirement of current Operator-in-Charge. c. DPW Director vacancy and Interim staffing. d. Contract with Teamsters Union Local 662. 6. Reconvene into Open Session for any action as a result of the Closed Session. 7. Such other matters pertaining to personnel as allowed by law. 8.
