Judiciary – June 8, 2026 • Recommended Council rescind the waiver of dog allowance limit of eight at 211 Maple St. and return to ordinance compliance of a maximum of two dogs within three years. • Recommended Council approve Ordinance 2026-02 updating Ordinance 18-44 Adoption of codes by updating 18-44(b) Uniform B to reference the current NFPA1 edition and remove 18-44(d) Modifications & (e) Appeals. • Recommended approve Ordinance 2026-03 Amendment to Ordinance 28-29 Disorderly Conduct Offense. Water & Sewer – June 9, 2026 • Recommended Council approve Resolution WS-2026-01 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR) Resolution. Streets & Drainage – June 16, 2026 • Recommended Council approve Pay Application No. 1 for the West Park Drive Reconstruction Project in the amount of $77,483.38. • Recommended Council approve the street use/event permit for the Peshtigo Fire Museum Ice Cream Social and waive the barricade and garbage can fees. • Discuss/consider Street Use/Event Permit for Zion Church Classic Car Show on July 25, 2026. • Recommended Council approve the Eklund Street mill and overlay project to be funded from the CIP. Parks & Recreation – June 16, 2026 • Discuss/consider Parks & Recreation 5-year Comprehensive Plan quotes • Recommended Council approve purchase of the Hustler Raptor XD 60 from Jake’s Sales and Service in the amount of $5,399, using CIP funds. • Recommended Council approve hiring of the summer Parks candidate(s) discussed in Closed Session. Fire, Lighting & Building – June 17, 2026 • Recommended Council approve directing the City Attorney to draft a resolution establishing a written nuisance property enforcement procedure for City use. • Recommended Council approve resignation of Frederick Marsh as an Emergency Medical Responder (EMR). • Discuss/consider Landmark demolition bids and funding. Page 3 Common Council Agenda July 7, 2026 Finance & Claims – June 22, 2026 • Recommended Council approve the $9,385.88 June 2026 Budget Adjustments and Transfers. • Recommended Council approve the payment of $25,242.50 to Motorola for invoices from 12/21/22 – 4/17/26 to be funded from the General Fund and the 2026 Budget. Personnel – June 29 & July 1, 2026 • Recommended Council approve the WWTP Operator job descriptions and progression schedule. 10. Such other matters as are authorized by law. 11.
