APPROVAL OF MINUTES 5. Approval of August 18, 2026 Minutes A motion was made by Member S. Fritz, seconded by Member M. Jacowski to approve the August 18, 2026, minutes. Discussion and Possible Action on CTH T(CTH B to CTH MM) Survey and Preliminary Design Agreement with Gremmer & Associates A motion was made by Member M. Jacowski, seconded by Member S. Fritz to approve CTH T (CTH B to CTH MM) Survey and Preliminary Design Agreement with Gremmer & Associates. Motion carried by unanimous vote. 7. Discussion and Possible Action on 2027 Bridge/Culvert Aid Project Applications and Budget A motion was made by Member M. Jacowski, seconded by Member S. Fritz to approve the 2027 Bridge/Culvert Aid Project Applications and Budget. Motion carried by unanimous vote. 8. Discussion and Possible Action on 2027 Highway Budget – 2027 Equipment Purchases A motion was made by Member M. Jacowski, seconded by Member S. Fritz to approve the 2027 Highway Budget - 2027 Equipment Purchases. Motion carried by unanimous vote. 9.
