MINUTES PUBLIC HEARING November 20, 2023 Public present: Assistant Chief Mark Vanderzee, Shirley Prudhomme, Angie Majewski 1) Call to Order: Pres. Grandaw will call the hearing to order at 5:30pm 2) Roll Call: President Amy Grandaw Trustee Michael Strandt Trustee Cory Siebert Trustee Ginger Deschane Trustee George R. Gocht Trustee Stewart Swanson (arrived at 5:40pm) Frank Calvert, Village Attorney Kaitlin Deschane, Clerk/Treasurer 3) Adoption of Agenda: Motion by Trustee Ginger Deschane, seconded by Trustee Cory Siebert, to adopt the agenda as presented. Vote: Ayes: 4, Nays: 0, Abstentions:0. Motion Passed 4) 2024 General Fund & TIF Proposed Budgets: Hearing notice and budget summary published on 11/08/2023 in the Peshtigo Times in accordance with state law. The notice indicated that copies were available for public inspection in the Clerk’s office. . 5) Public Input: Mark Vanderzee asked about charging for fire department building use, charge police for use of the space. Also asked if the fire department can overspend their budget since we are charging for accidents. President Grandaw stated that we will discuss those at a later date. 6) Adjournment: Motion by Trustee Ginger Deschane, seconded by Trustee Michael Strandt, at 5:41 pm.
