Grandaw called the hearing to order at 5:30pm 2) Roll Call: President Amy Grandaw Trustee Michael Strandt Trustee Ginger Deschane Trustee Stewart Swanson Trustee Jeff Dorschner Trustee Ross Behrendt Kaitlin Deschane, Clerk/Treasurer 3) Adoption of Agenda : Motion by Trustee Jeff Dorschner, seconded by Trustee Michael Strandt, to adopt the agenda as presented. Vote: Ayes: 6, Nays:0, Abstentions:0 4) 2023 General Fund & T IF Proposed Budgets : Hearing notice and budget summary published on 11/02/2022 in the Peshtigo Times in accordance with state law. The notice indicated that copies were available for public inspection in Clerk’s office. . 5) Public Input: Trustees asked about Garbage Collection ( An amount is included for outsourced gar bage), TIF ($8,000 is included for a closing audit) Next year the village is looking at a referendum to increase the levy, looking at different ways to fund garbage collections, hydrant fees 6) Adjournment: Motion by Trustee Ginger Deschane, seconded by Trustee Jeff Dorschner, to adjourn the hearing at 5:36 pm.
