MEETING MINUTES
Town of PeshƟgo Special Board MeeƟng
Thursday July 27, 2023 at 1 p.m.
1) Call to order: 1:00pm
2) Pledge of allegiance
3) Roll call: Present: Chairperson Friday, Supervisor Wortner, Supervisor Kowalski
Absent: Supervisor Coble, Supervisor Furton
4) VerificaƟon of Proper NoƟce
5) Approve Agenda: Wortner moƟon to approve agenda/Second by Kowalski. Carried with 3 yes.
6) CDBG-CV Town Hall Improvements Bid Opening with PotenƟal Awarding of Project(s): Bids were not
opened, but rather new recommendaƟons made in coordinaƟon with MSA and Integrity Engineering.
Wortner moƟon to recommend making the HVAC Prime/General Contractor, along with the Town
hosƟng a mandatory pre-bid meeƟng walkthrough to review plans on Thursday August 24, 2023 at
10:00am with bid opening to happen September 12, 2023 at 1:00pm/Second by Kowalski. MoƟon
carried with 3 yes votes. MSA will take care of Public NoƟces 08/02/2023 and 08/09/2023.
7) Upcoming MeeƟng:
a. Regular Monthly Board MeeƟng Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at 7 p.m.
8) MoƟon to Adjourn: Wortner moƟon to adjourn at 1:30pm/Second by Kowalski.
