CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. 2. PUBLIC NOTICE: Members of the public who wish to address the Committee on specific agenda items must register their requests at this time with such comments subject to the reasonable control of the Committee Chair as set forth in Robert’s Rules of Order. None 3. Review/Approval of Minutes from October 16, 2025: John Jazdzewski motioned to approve the minutes as presented. Ron Hensler seconded the motion, which passed by voice vote. 4. Presentation: Wisconsin Water Use – High Capacity Wells and Large Scale Data Centers: Presentation from Adam Freihoefer 5. Update on County Projects: Final Water Project Numbers Tyler Kunze presented. 2 6. Discussion on 2027 County Wide Groundwater Study: • County-wide groundwater study is conducted every 5 years. • The proposed budget for 2027 is $53,000 • Water samples must be analyzed by a state certified laboratory. • The University of Wisconsin Stevens Point laboratory conducted water testing for 2017 and 2022 studies. • Goal is to encourage repeat participants to complete testing again to help establish trends. • The metals and homeowners package will be offered to individuals who participated in the 2017 and 2022 studies. 7. MEMBER UPDATES: The Town of New Hope no longer has an alternate committee member. 8. Future Agenda Items: Discussion on quorum issues and bylaws of the committee. 9. NEXT MEETING DATE: Next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 19 at 7:00 p.m., Conference Room 5, County Annex. 10. ADJOURNMENT Chair Burns adjourned the meeting at 8:50 p.m.
