MEETING MINUTES
Town of Peshtigo Plan Commission
Tuesday, August 12th, 2025 at 5 p.m.
Members present: Commission Chairperson Jennifer Friday, Commission Vice Chair Jimmer
Wortner, Joel Ortman, Joyce Buchman, Eric Morois, and Alternate Mike Fifarek.
Not present: Chuck LaCourt and Jim Devcich
1) Call to order: Chairperson Friday called the meeting to order at 5pm.
2) Verification of proper notice: Chairperson Friday called the meeting to order at 5pm.
3) Approve agenda: Motion to approve (Fifarek/Buchman). Motion carried- 5 yes.
4) Approve 7/15/2025 meeting minutes: Motion to approve (Morois/Fifarek). Motion carried-
5 yes.
Jimmer Wortner joined meeting at 5:08pm. Now 6 members present.
5) Comprehensive Plan update with Brandon Robinson of Bay Lake Regional Planning
Commission: Bay Lake reviewed maps and edits with Plan Commission members.
6) Next meeting date/time: September 16, 2025 @ 5pm
7) Adjourn: Motion to adjourn at 6:05pm (Ortman/Fifarek). Motion carried- 6 yes.
