MEETING MINUTES Town of Peshtigo Plan Commission Tuesday, July 15th, 2025 at 5 p.m. Members present: Commission Chairperson Jennifer Friday, Commission Vice Chair Jimmer Wortner, Joel Ortman, Jim Devcich, Joyce Buchman and Alternate Mike Fifarek. Not present: Chuck LaCourt 1) Call to order: Chairperson Friday called the meeting to order at 5pm. 2) Verification of proper notice: Chairperson Friday verified. 3) Approve agenda: Motion to approve (Fifarek/Buchman). Motion carried- 6 yes 4) Approve 5/22/2025 meeting minutes: With edit of 6 members present, motion to approve (Ortman/Devcich). Motion carried- 6 yes. Eric Morois joined meeting at 5:09pm. Now 7 members present. 5) Next meeting with Brandon Robinson of Bay-Lake Regional Planning Commission – Tuesday August 12, 2025 at 5 p.m. 6) Article VI Nonconforming uses, structures & lots: Motion to approve as presented (Wortner/Fifarek). Motion carried- 7 yes. 7) Comprehensive Plan: Members reviewed and will continue to work toward these items for next meeting with Bay Lake, expected in August. a. Goals & Objectives b.
