MEETING MINUTES Town of Peshtigo Plan Commission May 22, 2025 at 5 p.m. 5 Members present: Commission Chairperson Jennifer Friday, Commission Vice Chair Jimmer Wortner, Eric Morois, Joel Ortman, and Alternate Mike Fifarek. Not present: Joyce Buchman and Chuck LaCourt 1) Call to order: Chairperson Friday called meeting to order at 5pm. 2) Approve agenda: Wortner motion to approve/Second by Devcich. Motion carried with 5 yes. 3) Approve minutes of the 4/22/2025 meeting: Morois motion to approve/Second by Ortman. Motion carried with 5 yes votes. 4) Topic(s) to be discussed: a. Comprehensive Plan update with Brandon Robinson of Bay Lake Regional Planning Commission: Brandon presented DRAFT Comp. Plan. Commission members edited and updated. Members will meet again with edits, as well as create objectives and goals. b. Accessory buildings with recommendations from Town board: Unanimous recommendation for Town Board to approve the following: All zoning district accessory buildings to comply with 35 foot maximum peak height. No limit to the number of accessory buildings. No maximum square footage, as long as setbacks can be met. Minimum setback of 15 feet on side and rear. If over 15 foot walls, the wall height becomes the setback for both side and rear. (ex. 16 foot walls = 16 foot setbacks, 20 foot walls = 20 feet setbacks) c. Use variances: Unanimous recommendation to prohibit use variances. d.
