MEETING MINUTES Town of Peshtigo Plan Commission Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 5 p.m. Members present: Commission Chairperson Jennifer Friday, Commission Vice Chair Jimmer Wortner, Joyce Buchman, Eric Morois, Joel Ortman, Chuck LaCourt, and Alternate Mike Fifarek. 1) Call to order: Commission Chairperson called meeting to order at 5pm. 2) Approve agenda: Buchman motion to approve/Second by Fifarek. Motion carried with 7 yes. 3) Approve minutes of the 2/25/2025 meeting: Wortner motion to approve/Second by Morois. Motion carried with 7 yes votes. 4) Topic(s) to be discussed: a. Jared Cox PDO proposal with discussion and possible action: Wortner motion to give approval recommendation to Town Board/Second by LaCourt. Motion carried with 7 yes. b. Accessory buildings discussion with possible action: Unanimous consent to recommend to Town Board as presented. c. Private roads discussion with possible action: Unanimous consent to recommend to Town Board as presented. d. Shooting ranges discussion with possible action: Wortner motion to give recommendation to Town Board- shooting ranges allowed as a conditional use in A-1 zoned districts/Second by Fifarek. Motion carried with 7 yes. e. Next meeting date/time (if needed): Next meeting May 22, 2025 @ 5pm. 5) Motion to adjourn: Fifarek motion to adjourn at 7:04pm/Second by Ortman.
