MEETING MINUTES Town of Peshtigo Plan Commission Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. Attendance: Commission Chair Friday, Vice Chair Wortner, Joyce Buchman, Jim Devcich, Eric Morois Not present: Chuck LaCourt, Joel Ortman 1) Call to order: Chairperson Friday called the meeting to order at 4:30pm. 2) Approve agenda: Devcich motion to approve/Second by Wortner. Motion carried with 5 yes. 3) Approve minutes of the 2/11/2025 meeting: Wortner motion to approve/Second by Morois. Motion carried with 5 yes. 4) Topic(s) to be discussed: Joel Ortman joined meeting at 5:07pm. a. Comprehensive Plan update with Brandon Robinson of Bay Lake Regional Planning Commission: Brandon Robinson gave an updated timeline for completion of Comprehensive Plan. Commission members to work on goals and objectives for next meeting (housing, natural resources, economic development, utilities, and transportation) b. Next meeting date/time: Meeting date will be set at a future date. 5) Motion to adjourn: Wortner motion to adjourn at 5:36pm/Second by Devcich. Motion carried with 6 yes votes.
