W2435 Old Peshtigo Road Marinette, WI 54143 715-582-4332 www.townofpeshtigo.org MEETING MINUTES Town of Peshtigo Plan Commission Monday, September 16, 2024 at 6 p.m. Attendance: Commission Chairperson Wortner, Jennifer Friday, Joyce Buchman, Jim Devcich, Chuck LaCourt, Eric Morois, Dennis Czapiewski 1) Call to order: Commission Chairperson Wortner called the meeting to order at 6:00pm. 2) Approve agenda: Friday motion to approve/Second by Morois. Motion carried with 7 yes. 3) Approve minutes of the July 30, 2024 meeting: Friday motion to approve/Second by Wortner. Motion carried with 7 yes votes. 4) Topic(s) to be discussed: a. Comprehensive Plan Update – Kyle Robison, Bay Lake Regional Planning Commission: Brandon and Kyle from Bay Lake gave presentation. b. Discuss Ordinance: Section 48-7 Signs permitted in all business and industrial districts with a permit: Plan Commission created recommendation to bring to the Town Board for pylon sign ordinance, as well as minor amendments to the current sign ordinances. 5) Motion to adjourn: Friday motion to adjourn at 7:45pm/Second by Wortner.
