MEETING MINUTES
Town of Peshtigo Special Board Meeting
Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 1 p.m.
1) Call to order: Chairperson Friday called the meeting to order at 1:00pm.
2) Roll call: 4 members present- Supervisor Coble absent.
Chairperson Friday, Supervisor Wortner, Supervisor Bergeson, Supervisor Joy
3) Verification of proper notice: Chairperson Friday verified.
4) Approve agenda: Joy motion to approve agenda/Second by Wortner. Motion carried with 4 yes.
5) Constable appointment to fulfill term: Chairperson Friday motion to appoint Amber Lynwood as
Town Constable, effective immediately through 04-14-2025/Second by Joy. Motion carried with 4
yes votes.
6) Approve fifth amendment to Tyco access agreement: Joy motion to approve/Second by
Bergeson. Motion carried with 4 yes votes.
7) Motion to Adjourn: Joy motion to adjourn at 1:04pm/Second by Bergeson. Motion carried with
4 yes.
