Call Meeting to Order: Chairperson Gerondale called the meeting to order at 5:30pm. 2. Approve/Amend Agenda: Chairperson Gerondale amended the agenda by swapping order of requests 1 & 2. Motion to approve amended agenda by Pottratz/Second by Lawson. Motion carried with 5 yes. 3. Approval of 09/19/2023 minutes: Lawson motion to approve/Second by Pottratz. Motion carried with 5 yes. 4. Action on a request made by Pool Works Inc. on behalf of a residence located at N3682 County RW Peshtigo, WI 54157 is requesting a setback variance for construction on an inground pool on a 1.2 acre lot, located in a residential district. Motion carried with 5 yes votes. 5. Action on a request made by Mike Michiels (Michiels Lane Refinishing) at W1925 Flame Road Marinette, WI 54143 is requesting a variance to divide the 1.45 acre lot into 2 separate parcels, located in a business district.
