August 17, 2026 Special Town Board Mtg. - Variance - Flores

TOWN OF PORTERFIELD SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING August 17, 2026 Dennis Bergeson called the special town board meeting to order at 5:06 PM with 6 in attendance. The purpose of the meeting is to vote on a variance request by Steve and Tammy Flores in regards to parcel number 026-01188.007 on Richards Road, description: Lots 2&3 PRT: S23 T32N R22E. Steve and Tammy are requesting the set back of the 30X40 garage 80 ’ from the center li ne of the town road. The normal set back is 100’. Zak Albrecht made a motion to approve the set back for Steve and Tammy Flores ’s property on Richards Road. Amy Linstad seconded the motion. Roll Call: Amy Linstad – yes, Zak Albrecht – yes, Dennis Bergeson – yes. Motion approved. Amy Linsta d made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:11 PM. Zak Albrecht seconded the motion.
