TOWN OF PORTERFIELD OPEN AND AWARD BIDS FOR DOUBLE CHIP SEAL MEETING WESNESDAY, JUNE 10, 2026 Chairperson Dennis Bergeson called the Award Bids Meeting to order at 5:45 PM with 8 in attendance. Dennis Bergeson opened the bids, looked them over, and discussed. Zak Albrecht made a motion to approve Scott Construction’s bid of $50,800.00 per 20FT Mile . Amy Linstad second the motion. Roll Call: Amy Linstad - yes, Zak Albrecht – yes, Dennis Bergeson - yes. Motion approved. Bid Request for roads: Winesville West Rd., Deer Ln., Vista Dr., Weidner Rd. Amy Linstad made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Zak Albrecht seconded the motion. Roll call: Amy Linstad – yes, Zak Albrecht – yes, Dennis Bergeson – yes. Meeting adjourned at 6:00 PM.
