Special Meeting Attendance Reports (Portage County Ordinance 3.1.47 & 3.1.48) None. 2. Finance - Budget Reports, July 2026 Director reviewed expenses and revenues. 3. Resource Center - July Report Assistant Director reviewed reports. 4. Nutrition Program • July Snapshot • Nutrition Advisory Council Minutes • Nourishing Bites Newsletter, September Nutrition Manager reviewed reports and provided clarification on meals in Rosholt. 5. Hiring for Disability Benefits Specialist. County Salary Survey going on now. Revisit budget and make changes/cuts: • Nutrition costs out of our control, Oliver trays, fuel, etc. • Possibly institute waiting list for Home Delivered Meals and/or reducing from 4 to 3 days a week. • Discontinue frozen meal delivery for weekends. • Must be open 5 days per week for dining site. Fire Drill and an Evacuation last week. PRESENTATION 8. Senior Center Presentation by Senior Center Director PUBLIC NOTICE Members of the public who wish to address the Committee on specific agenda items must register their request at this time, with such comments subject to the public comment ordinance and the reasonable control of the Committee Chair as set forth in Robert’s Rules of Order. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 9. August 6, 2026 Motion to approve by Adams seconded by Larson passed unanimously with no negative votes received. DISCUSSION/POSSIBLE ACTION 10. Participant Code of Conduct DRAFT Motion to approve by Wysocki seconded by Ramacitti passed unanimously with no negative votes. Discussion on how is this communicated to participants. Asked for motion after discussion. Motion to approve by Larson and seconded by Ramacitti passed unanimously with no negative votes. 12.
