NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF PORTERFIELD
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing on a zoning variance request filed by Adam Collins regarding
parcel number 026-1212.9 on Collins Court off of Menominee River Drive description 5.25 ac Lot 1 CSM
2696 IN V18 PG87 T32N R22E BNG PRT GOVT Lot S32.
The public hearing shall be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, February 3, 2025 at the Porterfield Town Hall.
Action shall take place immediately following this hearing at a special town board meeting on Monday,
February 3, 2025.
Adam is looking to build with a roof pitch of 1.8/12 instead of the minimum pitch of 3/12.
