February 3, 2025 Variance Hearing

TOWN OF PORTERFIELD VARIANCE HEARING February 3, 2025 Chairperson, Dennis Bergeson, called the hearing to order at 1:00 PM with Supervisor I - Audrey Guseck, Clerk - Amy Linstad, Chair – Dennis Bergeson, and Adam Collins present. (Supervisor II, Donald Limberg, previously passed away on January 17, 2025) This is a variance for Adam Collins regarding parcel number 026 -1212.9 on Collins Court off of Menominee River Drive description 5.25 ac Lot 1 CSM 2696 IN V18 OG87 T32N R22E BNG PRT GTVT Lot S32. Adam is requesting the roof pitch be lowered to 1.18/12 instead of the minimum pitch of 3/12. There was discussion on the roof pitch and property. Audrey Guseck made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 1:50 PM. Dennis Bergeson seconded the motion. Roll Call: Audrey Guseck – yes, Dennis Bergeson – yes. Meeting adjourned.
