April 16, 2024 Variance Hearing - Hemegarner

TOWN OF PORTERFIELD VARIANCE HEARING April 16, 2024 Chairperson, Dennis Bergeson, called the hearing to order at 5: 43 PM with the Town Board (minus Supervisor Audrey Guseck who was excused due to illness) plus 4 town residents in attendance. This is for a variance for John and Esther Himegarner regarding parcel number 026-1271.000 on Shady Lane Drive description Lot 3 S26 T32N R22E. John is looking to put up an open side roofed carport over existing blacktop driveway in front yard. There was discussion on this property.
