WATER (Well Owner Assistance for Treatment and Economic Recovery) Project Summary of Results— Kunze/Benaszeski REPORTS 2. Special Meeting Attendance Reports (Portage County Ordinance 3.1.47 & 3.1.48) 3. Planning and Zoning Director Report 2027 Budget PUBLIC HEARING 4. REQ-2026-012 – A request by David and Charlene Dulske, owners, to amend the Town of Buena Vista Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map designation of parcel 010220918:09.01, totaling 41.63 acres, from L1 Enterprise Agriculture to L2 Intermediate Agriculture; and rezone the same area from A1 Exclusive Agricultural to A3 Low Density Agricultural. Kristen Johnson, Planner, gave an overview of the request. A motion was made by Larry Raikowski, seconded by Suzanne Ohelke to close the public hearing. Motion carried by voice vote, with no negative votes. 5. REQ-2026-013 – A request by Alan Pavelski, agent for owners Joseph and Nancy Pavelski, to amend the Town of Plover Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map designation of 4 acres of 29.27 acres included in parcel 030230813- 01 from L3 Limited Agriculture/Mixed Use to Commercial; and rezone 4 acres from A1 Exclusive Agricultural to C4 Highway Commercial and 25.27 acres from A1 Exclusive Agricultural to A2 Agricultural Transition. Kristen Johnson, Planner, gave an overview of the request. A motion was made by Larry Raikowski, seconded by Suzanne Ohelke to close the public hearing. Motion carried by voice vote, with no negative votes. DISCUSSION/POSSIBLE ACTION 7. Discussion/Possible Action RE: REQ-2026-012: David and Charlene Dulske Future Land Use Map Amendment and Rezoning — Town of Buena Vista A motion was made by Larry Raikowski, seconded by Suzanne Ohelke to approve the Dulske Future Land Use Map Amendment and Rezoning. Motion carried by voice vote, with no negative votes. 8. Discussion/Possible Action RE: REQ-2026-013: Alan Pavelski Future Land Use Map Amendment and Rezoning — Town of Plover A motion was made by Suzanne Ohelke, seconded by Nathan Sandwick to approve the Pavelski Future Land Use Map Amendment and Rezoning.
