Members Present: Supervisor Stan Potocki, Supervisor Suzanne Oehlke and Supervisor Joe Bachman. Members Attending online: None Members Excused: Supervisor Travis Bassett Not Present: Supervisor Doug Stingle Staff attending: Clerk of Courts Roth, Veterans Service Director Olson, Justice Programs Director Kostuchowski, Register of Deeds Wisinski, Bill Hlavac, County Executive Olson. ELECTION OF OFFICERS 1. Chairperson A call for Chairperson was made three times, with the only nomination being for Supervisor Travis Bassett by Supervisor Oehlke. A motion was made by Supervisor Oehlke seconded by Supervisor Bachman to cast a voice vote and seat Supervisor Bassett as Chairperson. Motion to approve carried by voice vote with no negative votes. 2. Vice Chairperson A call for Vice Chairperson was made three times, with the only nomination being for Supervisor Stan Potocki by Supervisor Oehlke. A motion was made by Supervisor Oehlke seconded by Supervisor Bachman to cast a voice vote and seat Supervisor Potocki as Vice Chairperson. Motion to approve carried by voice vote with no negative votes. ESTABLISH REGULAR MEETING DATE 3. Determine the Regular Committee Meeting Date for the 2026-2028 Term. A motion was made by Supervisor Oehlke and seconded by Supervisor Bachman to hold the Judicial General Government Committee meetings the 4th monday, every other month at 3:30 PM. Motion to approve carried by voice vote, with no negative votes.
