The Committee will convene in Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes Sec. 19.85(1)(e) "Deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties . . . or conducting other specified business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session" (Update on potential future business park). 3.
