Cieslewicz to approve the July 21, 2026 Minutes. Motion carried by unanimous vote DISCUSSION/POSSIBLE ACTION 8. Discussion and Possible Action on Resolution Revising and Updating Portage County Ordinance 2.13.1 Establishment of Speed Zones A motion was made by Member M. Jacowski, seconded by Vice Chair S. Cieslewicz to amend the resolution to state Revising and Updating County Ordinance 2.1.3.1, Establishment of Speed Zones CTH DB Town of Dewey, CTH Y Town of Hull and Town of Sharon, CTH KK Town of Amherst and Village of Amherst. Motion carried by unanimous vote. A motion was made by Vice Chair S. Cieslewicz, seconded by Member M. Jacowski to approve the resolution Revising and Updating County Ordinance 2.1.3.1, Establishment of Speed Zones CTH DB Town of Dewey, CTH Y Town of Hull and Town of Sharon, CTH KK Town of Amherst and Village of Amherst. Motion carried by unanimous vote. 9. Discussion and Possible Action on 2026-19PC Bid – Curb & Gutter, Concrete Surface Drain Project A motion was made by Member M. Jacowski, seconded by Vice Chair S. Cieslewicz to award the 2026 Curb & Gutter to Chippewa Concrete Services, Inc. Motion carried by unanimous vote. The low bidder, Concrete Creations, was unable to meet the project timelines required in the contract. 10. Discussion and Possible Action on 2026-21PC Bid – Quad Axle Body Build A motion was made by Vice Chair S. Cieslewicz, seconded by Member M. Jacowski to award the 2027 Quad Axle Body Build to Stainless & Repair. Motion carried by voice vote. 11. Discussion and Possible Action on 2026-22PC – Snow and Ice Equipment Installation A motion was made by Member M. Jacowski, seconded by Vice Chair S. Cieslewicz to award the 2027 Snow and Ice Equipment Installation to Stainless & Repair. Motion carried by unanimous vote. 12. Discussion and Possible Action on 2027 Equipment Purchase – Snow and Ice Equipment A motion was made by Member M. Jacowski, seconded by Vice Chair S. Cieslewicz to award the 2027 Snow and Ice Equipment to Universal. Motion carried by voice vote. 13. Discussion and Possible Action on Resolution to Portage County Ordinance Chapter 2 Public Peace and Order, Section 2.28 Regulation of Boating Upon Bear Creek A motion was made by Vice Chair S. Cieslewicz, seconded by Member M. Jacowski to approve a resolution to Portage County Ordinance Chapter 2 Public Peace and Order, Section 2.28 Regulation of Boating Upon Bear Creek. Motion carried by voice vote. 14. Discussion and Possible Action on CTH R (STH 54 to CTH B) Relocation Order and Plat A motion was made by Member M. Jacowski, seconded by Vice Chair S. Cieslewicz to approve the CTH R (STH 54 to CTH B) Relocation Order and Plat. Motion carried by voice vote. 15.
