CITY OF CHIPPEWA FALLS, WISCONSIN N O T I C E O F P U B L I C M E E T I N G In accordance with the provisions of the Wisconsin State Statutes, Sec. 19.84, notice is hereby given that a public meeting of the: Police and Fire Commission will be held on Wednesday, October 7 at 5:30pm at the Chippewa Falls Police Department, 210 Island Street, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Items of business to be discussed or acted upon at this meeting are shown on the agenda below: 1. Call to Order 2. Approval of Minutes 3. New Business A. Off-Probation recognition for Officer Rose Buchal 4. Contemplated closed session under Wisconsin Stats. Section 19.85(1)(c) “Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility ” to: A. Conduct Police Department Officer Interviews 5. Contemplated closed session under Wisconsin Stats. Section 19.85(1)( f) “Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations. No action to be taken. Committee may return to open session, with possible action on item (A) discussed in closed session. 6 .
