Special Meeting Attendance Reports (Portage County Ordinance 3.1.47 & 3.1.48) 2. Director Report: • Update on park operations; projects and logging. • Update on staffing, new Park Specialist • Year-to-date revenue update through July • Update Jordan Hydro plant burm 3. Monthly Expense Report PUBLIC NOTICE Members of the public who wish to address the Committee on specific agenda items must register their request at this time, with such comments subject to the public comment ordinance and the reasonable control of the Committee Chair as set forth in Robert’s Rules of Order. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 4. Approval of Draft June 11, 2026 minutes. A motion was made by Commissioner Butkowski to approve the minutes after making the change of Commissioner Butkowski being marked 'Excused' to 'Present', seconded by Commissioner Swan to approve. Motion carried by voice vote, with no negative votes. DISCUSSION/POSSIBLE ACTION 5. Discussion/Possible Action on Portage County and employee Commercial Drivers license agreement. A motion was made by Commissioner Swan, seconded by Commissioner Butkowski, to approve the Portage County and Employee Commercial Driver's License agreement. Motion carried by voice vote, with no negative votes. 6. Discussion/Possible Action on a resolution for moving forward with County Fish and Game Conservation Aids Grant for 2027. A motion was made by Commissioner Stingle, seconded by Commissioner Butkowski, to approve the resolution for moving forward with County Fish and Game Conservation Aids Grant for 2027.
