MINUTES
OF THE MONTHLY MEETING
OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
6-10-26
1. The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by Doubek at the Housing Authority Office,
1001 Maple Bluff Rd Ste 1, Stevens Point, Wisconsin 54482.
2. A roll call was taken as follows:

Nathan Sandwick _X_ Yes __ Absent
Also Present: Stacy Cieslewicz, Executive Director _X_ Yes __ Absent
3. Doubek called for corrections to the minutes of _5-13-26_. Corrections made? No
Motion by Budzinski, second by Splinter to approve the minutes as presented.
A roll call vote revealed _5_ ayes, _0_ nays. Motion carried. Yes

5. Director’s Update:
a. Occupancy Report
Project I -
Vacancies at Tomorrow River Villa in Am herst: _0_ -1 Bedroom & _0_- 2 Bedrooms
Vacancies at Rustic Manor in Roshol t: _2_ -1 Bedroom & _2_ -2 Bedrooms
Section 8 County Vouchers
We have 206 households on lease for June.
b. Income and Expense Report(s) and Account Balances
Income & Expense Reports for the end of April 2026 were presented
Account Balances as of 4-30-2026 were presented
c. Properties
Minor maintenance repairs completed by Executive Director. Contractor will be contacted
regarding any repairs unable to be completed by Executive Director
6. Review of Housing Authority Disbursements:
Disbursements for April, 2026 - Questions? No Corrections made? No
Motion made by Mras, second by Budzinski to ap prove the Housing Authority Disbursements for
April, 2026 with a total of $_112,679.88.
A roll call vote revealed _5_ ayes , _0_ nays. Motion carried. Yes
PUBLIC NOTICE:
Sandwick noticed that the Public Notice on the Ag enda was incorrect as it referenced the County
Board/Board Chair instead of the Housing Board/Bo ard Chair. Cieslewicz indicated that would be
corrected for next meeting. Board Chair acknowledged the correct verbiage for the Public Notice for the
Housing Authority Board of Commissioner’s meeting.

7. Doubek called for Voice Roll Call Vote to Enter into Closed Session Pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes
19.85 (1) (c) for the purpose of Discussion, Hearing, and Deliberation regarding:
a. Housing Authority Owned, Low-Income Housing Complexes
b. Housing Authority Staff
Sandwick questioned the statute referenced by Doubek as subsection (e) was missing on agenda.
Cieslewicz indicated that was a clerical error. Doubek as Chair acknowledged the correct verbiage and
continued to announce the reasons listed on the agenda for going into closed session. Doubek asked for a
motion and voice roll call to move forward into closed session.
Motion by Splinter, second by Mras to Enter into Closed Session
A voice roll call vote revealed ayes by Doubek, Budzinski, Mras, Splinter, Sandwick, _0_ nays.
Motion carried to Enter Closed Session? Yes

Splinter was excused at 4:45pm as he had another appointment to attend.

Motion made by Budzinski, second by Mras for Executive Director to continue her ongoing
communications with Rural Development regarding Housing Authority Owned, Low-Income Housing
Complexes.
A roll call vote revealed _4_ ayes, _0_ nays, excused Splinter. Motion carried. Yes

A roll call vote revealed _4_ ayes, _0_ nays, excused Splinter. Motion carried. Yes
Doubek asked for any objection to adjournment – None Heard
