Board Member Directory as of 7/31/2026 Director requested more information from board members: home address, phone, etc. POLICY REVIEW & ACCEPTANCE 2. • Confidentiality Policy • Conflict of Interest Policy Signature pages will be available at the meeting. Assistant Director reviewed documents, requested signatures. DISCUSSION 3. • 2027 Budget Information Budget meetings begin tomorrow. Asked to keep numbers same as last year. Budget hearings later this month. REPORTS 4. Special Meeting Attendance Reports (Portage County Ordinance 3.1.47 & 3.1.48) Director will share ADILN Conference and ADRC all staff meeting with Board. Motion to approve attendance made by Adams, seconded by Ramacitti. Motion passed by voice vote with no further discussion or negative votes. 5. Finance Update • Budget Expense & Revenue, May & June Director reviewed reports. 6. Nutrition Program • May & June Snapshot • Picnic Flyer • Nourishing Bites Newsletter, August Nutrition Manager reviewed reports and upcoming Pop-Up events. 8. Caregiver Support Services • CARES Coalition Meeting Minutes, June Caregiver Services Manager reviewed coaltion minutes, update on Adult Day Center and Dementia Care Specialist. 9. Senior Center • Senior Center Advisory Council Mintues, June Senior Center Manager reviewed minutes. 10. GWMR June Board Meeting Director reviewed GWMR packet. 11. Advocacy Director explained Ombusman program and discussed process. 12. Reframing Aging • All Staff Meeting - Monday, August 24 at 2:00 p.m. Presentation at all staff meeting on Reframing Aging and Ableism. Board to be invited. 13. Directors Report • ADRC 2025 Annual Report Update • FA$T • WI LTC Ombudsman Program Annual Report 2025 • Staffing • Previous Events • Upcoming Events Previously approved Annual Report finalized with some added photos. Explained FA$T, Financial Assistance Services Team, helping seniors address fraud. Staff update: DBS gave notice and RSVP/FGP positions will be combined. Shared upcoming events.
