Meeting called to order according to Chapter 19.84 and 19.85 (1) (c) of the Wisconsin State Statutes. 2. Roll Call: 3. Convene to Closed Session per Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1)(c) considering employment or promotion of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
