Village of Lake Hallie Special Police Commission Meeting Wednesday, December 14, 2025, at 6:30 PM Village of Lake Hallie Municipal Building 13136 30th Avenue Lake Hallie, WI 54729 Minutes 1. Mr. Wheeler called the meeting to order according to Chapter 19.84 and 19.85 (1) (c) of the Wisconsin State Statutes at 6:30 p.m. 2. Roll Call: Kevin Bahr _X__;Jim Campbell _X_: Randy Larson; _excused__; Tiana Tarbox __X__ Mike Wheeler _X__; and Chief Orgon 3. Public Comments: None 4. Mr. Bahr made the motion to go into closed session, seconded by Mr. Wheeler, voice vote carried to convene to closed session per Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1) (c) considering employment or promotions of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. 5. Convene to Closed Session per Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1) (c) considering employment or promotions of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. 6. Re-convene to open session: Mr. Campbell made the motion to reconvene out of closed session, Mr. Wheeler seconded. Voice vote carried 9:05 p.m. Announcement of Closed Session Action: Provided Chief Orgon list of interview candidates to contact. Adjournment. Ms. Tarbox made the motion to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Campbell, voice vote carried.
