MEETING MINUTES TOWN OF LAFAYETTE NOVEMBER 4, 2024 5765 197TH ST. CHIPPEWA FALLS WI 54726 Call To Order / Roll Call - The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM. A roll call was conducted confirming the presence of Supervisors Mathwig (via phone), Brennan, Larson, McIlquham (via phone), Chair Staber, Deputy Clerk Kurshinsky, and residents. Approval of Town Board Minutes - Supervisor Larson made a motion to approve the minutes for the October 21st, 2024, meeting along with the current agenda and was seconded by Brennan. Financial Report - None CSM for Terry and Carol Steward - To create 2 separate residences onto 2 individual lots, 17233 Cty Hwy was discussed. Supervisor Brennan made a motion to approve the creation of 2 lots at 17223 Cty Hwy J, seconded by Supervisor Larson. CSM for Russell Welke – Review and discuss request to add on to 2 lots and create an additional lot, 18401 70 th Ave. Motion made by Supervisor Larson to approve Welke CSM, seconded by Supervisor Brennan. Rescind Resolution 24 -03 – Motion made by Supervisor Mathwig and seconded by Supervisor to rescind Resolution 24 -03 to allow joint fire department to exceed the levy limits. Town Communications Board and Town Chair. Discussion regarding township projects. Plans for completing fall maintenance on town properties.
