Wheaton Plan Commission Minutes Tuesday, July 7, 2026 1. Affidavit of Notice of Meeting per Wisconsin Statute 19.84 2. Call the Meeting to Order/Pledge of Allegiance/Moment of Silence 3. Present: Dale Hayden, Mike McGinley, Mary Rudd, Sara Holte and Ron Kragness Absent: Jessi Jones 4. Consent Agenda: Motion made by S. Holte/M. McGinley to accept the agenda and approve the minutes from the May 5, 2026 meeting. Motion passed 5/0. 5. Public Comment: None 6. New Business 1. Review/Discuss/Act: Solhawk Dairy CSM, Parcel 22809-1734-00020000, Create a 8 acre Parcel: Motion to recommend Board approval by S. Holte/R. Kragness. Motion passed 5/0. 2. Review/Discuss/Act: Solhawk Dairy CSM, Parcel 22809-1734-07250000, Correct property Boundaries: Discussion on whether or not the remaining lot have a 300 ft. roadway frontage, determined not an issue. Motion to recommend Board approval by S. Holte/M. McGinley. Motion passed 4/0 with one abstention. 3. Review/Discuss/Act: Jensen CSM, Parcel 22810-1743-00020000, Create a 5 acre parcel: Motion to recommend Board approval by R. Kragness/M. McGinley. Motion passed 5/0. 4. Review/Discuss/Act: Blaeser CSM, Parcel 22809-2232-00000000 and 22809-2233-00020000, Create a 5 acre parcel: Discussion on whether or not meets the 300 ft. roadway frontage. Advised it does with the curve as stated on the 2nd page of the CSM. Motion to recommend Board approve made by S. Holte/M. Rudd. Motion passed 5/0. 5. Review/Discuss/Act: Bechard/CDPG Proposed Hidden Valley Subdivision, Parcels 22810- 2212-00020000, 22810-2221-00020000, and 22810-2213-00020000: Discussion of 58 acres along County Hwy X between 40th St and 50th St. There would be 11 five acre lots, three driveway and a cul-de-sac. Motion to recommend Board approve made by D. Hayden/M. McGinley. Due to two members abstaining there was no quorum. 6. Review/Discuss/Act: Rezone requests: Katz Parcels 22809-0124-63510111 and 22809-0124-63510112, Rezone to R1: No representative.
