Clerks Report: Previous minutes from December 9, 2025 Town Board Meeting. Check register presented for approval. 6. Public Comments a. The Town Board desires to hear the viewpoints of Town of Wheaton residents. b. Each speaker shall provide their full name and address for the record. c. Each speaker is allotted 5 minutes to speak on a non-agenda item or an agenda item when it is discussed. The Town Board reserves the right to allow the public to speak more than once, but only after all attendees have been allowed to speak. Multiple speakers on the same topic will only be allowed if they are presenting new information as determined by the Chair. All comments must relate to a single topic. The Town Board members cannot discuss/act on public comment items if not included on the approved agenda. 7. Committees and Reports a. Review/Discuss/Act: Damage done to property during December snow plow operation b. Review/Discuss/Act: Compensation, Fire Department employees, stipend and hourly c. Act: Draw names for placement on the April ballot d. Review/Discuss/Act: Board will go into closed session per WI Statute 19.85 (1) c. Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the government body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. e.
