Town of Wheaton Plan Commission Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025 1. Affidavit of Notice of Meeting per Wisconsin Statute 19.84 2. Call the Meeting to Order/Pledge of Allegiance/Moment of Silence 3. Present: Dale Hayden, Mike McGinley, Mary Rudd, Jessi Jones, Tom Piercy, Sara Holte and Ron Kragness 4. Consent Agenda : Motion made by S. Holte/J. Jones to accept the agenda and approve minutes from the September 2, 2025 meeting. Motion passed 7/0. 5. Public Comment: None 6. New Business 1. Review/Discuss/Act: Erickson/Lemay CSM – Divide Parcel 22809-2933-00020003: Discussion that the CSM needs to be changed to reflect the existing easement to be used prior to Town Board approval. Motion to recommend approval by the Town Board made by S. Holte/R. Kragness. Motion passed 7/0. 2. Review/Discuss/Act: Schneider CSM – Divide Parcel 22809-0944-00020000: Discussion regarding placement of the driveway, landlock issue questions and questions regarding how it’s carved out. Motion to recommend approval by the Town Board made by J. Jones/M/. McGinley. Motion passed 7/0. 3. Review/Discuss/Act: Willett CSM – Divide Parcel 22810-0322-00020003: Discussion of 300 foot roadway. Motion made to deny CSM by D. Hayden/M. Rudd. Motion passed 7/0. 4. Review/Discuss/Act: Town of Wheaton Ordinance Review – Ordinance #8 Driveway, Roadway & Mailbox: Tabled 5. Review/Discuss/Act: Town of Wheaton Ordinance Review – Ordinance #28 Harmful and Exotic Animals: Discussion and edits made. The draft will be sent to the Plan Commission member for review. 7.
