Town Board Meeting — Minutes

TOWN OF WHEATON BOARD/PLAN COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES Monday, November 17, 2025 The meeting has been properly noticed per Wisconsin Statute 19.84 2) The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm with the Pledge of Allegiance being recited and a moment of silence being observed. 3) Roll call was taken and the following members were present: Mr. Deutscher, Ms. Miller, Mr. Gutsch, Ms. Rudd, Mr. Books, Mr. Kohls, Ms. Droske, Mr. Hayden, and Ms. Jones. Mr. Piercy, Ms. Holte, Mr. Kragness and Mr. McGinley were absent. 4) A motion was made by Books/Droske to approve the agenda. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. 5) The Chippewa County Comprehensive Plan was discussed with the West Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission. The member of the town board and the plan commission provided input and feedback. 6) A motion by Books/Droske was made to adjourn. Motion carried by a unanimous voice vote at 8:26pm.
