Town of Wheaton Plan Commission Tuesday, August 5th, 2025 1. Affidavit of Notice of Meeting per Wisconsin Statute 19.84 2. Call the Meeting to Order/Pledge of Allegiance/Moment of Silence 3. Roll Call Present: Dale Hayden, Mike McGinley, Mary Rudd, Jessi Jones, Tom Piercy, Sara Holte and Ron Kragness 4. Consent Agenda: Motion made by M. Rudd/J. Jones to accept the agenda and approve the minutes from the July 1, 2025 meeting. Motion passed 7/0. 5. Public Comment: None 6. New Business 1. Review/Discuss/Act: LaBelle CSM – Divide Parcel 22809-1521-50010100 into two lots: Discussion that when bought it was 10 acres and the deed shows 10 acres. Motion to recommend approval to the Wheaton Town Board by J. Jones/S. Holte. Motion passed 7/0. 2. Review/Discuss/Act: Schloer CSM – Divide Parcel 22810-2933-05500000 into two lots. Motion to recommend approval to the Wheaton Town Board by S. Holte/M. Rudd. Motion passed 7/0. 7. Old Business 1. Review/Discuss/Act: Piercy CSM - Add land to existing parcel 22810-3312-01250000: Discussion of adding 1 acre to an existing 2 acre lot to make 3 acres. Motion to recommend approval to the Wheaton Town Board by S. Holte/J. Jones. Motion passed 6/0. T. Piercy abstained. 2. Review/Discuss/Act: Town of Wheaton Ordinance Review – Ordinance 38 – Notice of Records Access: Discussion of minor changes and issue was tabled. 3. Review/Discuss/Act: Town of Wheaton Ordinance Review – Ordinance 40 – Plan Commission: Discussion of minor changes and issue was tabled. 8.
