Call the Meeting to Order/Pledge of Allegiance/Moment of Silence 3. Roll Call Present: Dale Hayden, Mike McGinley, Mary Rudd, Jessi Jones, Tom Piercy, Sara Holte and Ron Kragness 4. Consent Agenda: Motion made by S. Holte/J. Jones to accept the agenda and approve the minutes of the December 3, 2024 meeting. Motion passed 7/0 5. Public Comment: None 6. New Business 1. Review/Discuss/Act: Smiskey CPU Request 2025-0001 Parcel #22809-0223-75930001: Discussion regarding parking, maximum occupancy, lighting, liquor license and any concerns from neighbors. Motion made to approve for Wheaton Town Board by S. Holte/J. Jones. Motion passed 7/0 2. Discussion: Need for a Town of Wheaton Solar Ordinance: There was discussion on the need and the Plan Commission members will do further investigating and share information with the Chairman to share with all of the members. Tabled to next meeting. 7. Old Business 1. Review/Discuss: Use of Town Right of Way: Tabled to next meeting. 8.
