Public Comment DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE MOTION ITEMS • Budget Meeting Dates Discuss and possible motion to establish dates for upcoming budget meetings. • 2026–2027 Pre-Pay Propane Agreement Discuss and possible motion regarding the proposed pre-pay propane agreement. • Draft 2027 Sanitary Letter – Late Fees Review drafted 2027 Sanitary District letter regarding late fees; discuss and possible motion. • Approve Bills Review and motion to approve monthly bills. Adjourn Notice A quorum of the Town Board or another committee may be present. No action will be taken by any body other than the Sanitary District Board and only on noticed agenda items.
