Special Meeting Minutes
April 21st, 2026 @ 6:30pm
Call to Order
Meeting called to order by Anders at 6:30 pm.
Verification of Public Notice – posted at Post Office, Sanitary Office and Town
Website.
Roll Call: Brian Guthman, David Staudacher, Jeff Anders and Jennifer Wright
Closed Session
Motion by Guthman seconded by Staudacher to move into closed session as per Wis.
Stat. 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of considering an employment issue. Motion carried.
Return to Open Session
Motion by Staudacher seconded by Guthman to return to open session. Motion
Carried.
Possible Action on Matters Discussed in Closed Session: No action taken from closed
meeting.
Adjournment
Motion by Guthman seconded by Staudacher to adjourn. All ayes. Meeting adjourned
at 6:53 p.m.
